Drafting Design Department website!
Thank you for
your interest in the Drafting Design Program.
You will find most of the information about Highline Community
College Drafting Design program under the left hand navigation
column.
In our program we focus on three drafting disciplines,
architectural, civil, and mechanical. Students are introduced
to each of disciplines in the coursework at Highline Community
College. We teach the above disciplines using, SolidWorks,
AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Land Development Desktop.
We have an excellent teaching lab with wide screen
monitors, a full scale plotter, and an 11"x17" printer.
We also work closely with our
Workforce Development office to help students access funding to
be able to attend our program.
